 KCET 2025 Exam Dates

Kannada Language: 15 April 2025

Principal KCET Exam: April 16–17, 2025


Provisional Answer Key Release Date: 18 April 2025

Final Answer Key & Kannada Language Result: April 25, 2025


KCET 2025 Result Date: May 24, 2025


Document Verification: June First week


Class 12 Marks Entry Window: Opened on 26th May, 2025 for candidates with missing or incorrect 2nd PUC registration numbers


✅ Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Must be an Indian national

Educational Qualification:

Having completed 2nd PUC/12th standard with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science as optional subjects, and English as one of the language of study


Minimum Marks: The General category candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the subjects of eligibility; SC/ST/OBC candidates should have obtained a minimum of 40%.

Domicile Requirement: The candidate should have lived in Karnataka for at least seven academic years from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as of July 1, 2025, and should have appeared and passed SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard Karnataka State examination

 Cutoff & Counseling Cut-off Ranks: To be published on the official KEA website during counseling hours Counseling Process: Starts in June 2025; includes document verification, option entry, and seat allotment

*The study certificate and Kannada medium certificate should be signed by BEO of District officer
*All the documents must be made 3 sets and Attested by Gazette officer OR Notary should be done on  each page.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION CENTRE

*The KEA will announce the document verification Centre those Centre which is near to you you can go.

*The students should go to Centre for document verification on the date of particular ranks mentioned on that day.

*The students should carry all the documents of 3 sets with original documents
